More than one player

Which app the notch follows when several are playing, and how to switch.

Warble shows one app at a time. When more than one app has something to play, such as Spotify and a video in your browser, the notch follows the app your Mac treats as playing now. That’s the same one the play/pause key on your keyboard controls.

Switch to another app

1. Press play in the app you want.
2. The notch moves to that app’s song, and its controls now control that app.

Choosing an app yourself

You can’t yet keep the notch on one app, or tell it to leave an app out, such as a video call. Both are still being built, and the roadmap lists them for version 0.1.
